What is your turn-around time (TAT)?

Our turnaround time is up to 5 business days after payment is received.  However, with the exception of sales or holidays, our normal TAT is 1-2 business days.  During sales or with large orders, please note that it may take longer to ship your order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted, but please email us at info@elusivedesigns.com if you have any issues or problems with your order.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we only ship to the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska via First Class USPS (United States Postal Service).

Will a tracking number be available for my order?

Each order includes a tracking number, so once your order is filled you  will automatically get an email with the tracking information. Please  note that once your package leaves my hands, I am not responsible for  any damage or if they lose your package.
